Drone

W Drone Icon
Drone
Shoots a drone like the ones that spawn naturally. Once it reaches the peak of its arc, it selects a player at random, firing shots at them that ignore terrain and obstacles. The drone will only hit one enemy, even if two enemies or an enemy and a teammate are stacked.

If the drone hits terrain or a tank before activating, it will explode destroying terrain and dealing 10 damage.

Tips & Trivia

  • As this weapon ignores all obstacles and terrain, it is best used to deal damage to someone hiding behind terrain or inside a location normally hard for a player to aim at.
  • This weapon is guaranteed to hit if not shot out of the map. This makes it the second easiest weapon to use, behind Earthquake.
  • The drone only activates once it reaches the apex of its trajectory.
  • You can deal self-damage if you shoot a drone at 0 90. This is because the shot will never reach its apex (it started the shot past its apex), so it will just drop on you and deal 10/20 self damage. To prevent this, literally just shoot 1 90 to instantly activate the drone.
  • If an enemy shoots a drone in a FFA, it is possible to tell whether or not its targeting you by the color of the drone's light. Green means you're safe, Red means you will get shot, even if the barrel of the drone is looking at a different tank.
